July 10th, 2021 The Grayling Rotary Club celebrated its 20th Annual Black Bear Gran Fondo!!
Congratulations to the Grayling Rotary Members and Volunteers for hosting another wonderful running of the Black Bear Gran Fondo! With only roughly two and a half months of planning, we ended up with 151 Registered Riders for this years event. Of the 151 we had 141 Start the ride. 137 riders finished the ride. 100 MILE highlight: Jeff Vandusen from Bay City, Michigan finished the 100 Mile course under 4hrs (3:54:45). Rider Feedback was very positive at the Aid Stations and at the Finish Line.
A financial report will be made at an upcoming meeting once everything is tallied.
Planning ahead, next years race will be scheduled for July 9, 2022.
